START SPREADING THE NEWS: NEW YORK CITY, HERE WE COME!

The Saluting America's Band Directors™ project is pleased to announce that the Band Directors Marching Band™ has been invited to perform in the 2023 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade® in New York City on November 23, 2023! We have accepted the invitation and are honored and excited to have been asked. We have put together another memorable trip for our band! We now have 408 directors confirmed to march in the Band Directors Marching Band's Macy's appearance!

Here's what's next.

The response we received by band directors for the Macy's trip was immediate and overwhelming. We quickly filled the band with our maximum 400 members and created a waiting list should positions become available. To the band directors who could not make this trip, stay tuned for Saluting America's Band Directors' next major appearance.

We have planned an exciting five-day New York City experience for the Band Directors Marching Band culminating with a performance in the world-famous Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade®. The trip will run from Sunday, November 19 through Thursday, November 23, 2023. We are planning a number of New York City event opportunities before and after those days and we will share more information with you about our trip packages, pricing and tentative itinerary soon. We are again working with Grueninger Music Tours (GMT) for this trip.
